property.

Following acquisition, we implement a 36 month
plan to fill empty spaces, upgrade the
infrastructure, increase revenues and stabilize
expenses.

We've worked in the real estate investment
business more than 20 years and purchased our
first manufactured home community 4 years ago.  
Since then, we've purchased 5 additional park
and exceeded our return on investment goals in
all our communities.

Our acquisition plans for the remainder of 2008
through 2010 include the purchase of 3 to 5
additional properties valued at more than $10M.
