Thanks for your interest in becoming a resident
in Perks Estates.  Please find below links to the
documents you need to start the process.  

Please open and print each of the following
documents:

Application
Information for Prospective Homeowners
Rules and Regulations
Club House Rules

Please complete the application (write in the
community name) including a Social Security #
and signature of
all adult occupants who plan to
reside in the home.  In addition, because Perks is
an age restricted community, please provide
documentation with a date of birth, including a
driver's license, birth certificate or passport.

Please write the following into the Information for
Prospective Homeowners form:

  • Beginning Monthly Rent: $352
  • Space Number:(indicate the space # you
    want if available)
  • Additional Fees & Charges: Sewer, water,  
    & loan repay

Please sign, date and return the application and
Information for Prospective Homeowners to the
community manager in person, by fax or email.

All applications will be reviewed to ensure they
are complete and then credit, employment and
income verification checks will be completed as
appropriate.  

You will hear back from us within 5 business as to
the status of your applications.  If you have any
questions about completing the form, please
