Please open and print each of the following documents: Application Information for Prospective Homeowners Rules and Regulations Please complete the application (write in the community name) including a Social Security # and signature of all adult occupants who plan to reside in the home. Please write the following into the Information for Prospective Homeowners form:
Please sign, date and return the application and Information for Prospective Homeowners to the community manager in person, by fax or email. All applications will be reviewed to ensure they are complete and then credit, employment and income verification checks will be completed as appropriate. You will hear back from us within 5 business as to the status of your applications. If you have any questions about completing the form, please contact the community manager. |
